1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ReceiptIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

ReceiptIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Note: The free version of the App allows for up to 20 receipts. For unlimited receipt processing, a subscription is required.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to misuse or interfere with the operation of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account information.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions, including auto-renewable subscriptions, are subject to additional terms. Please review the subscription details provided within the App before making a purchase.

Monthly subscription: $1.99 USD per month
Annual subscription: $19.99 USD per year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments for subscriptions are processed through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and are not directly handled by ReceiptIQ.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the App are owned by ReceiptIQ or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. ReceiptIQ shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
